I love traveling, so I decided to design new collateral for Virgin Atlantic. I came up with "Fly Virgin" as a quick, engaging, and easy to remember tagline which could be featured on brochures, posters, stickers and even pillows for in-flight comfort. The halftone images on the posters are recognizable by Virgin's young audience. The life-size Gundam in Tokyo, the Mona Lisa in Paris, and a masquerade in Trinidad are never in focus, which pushes the message: You've seen it on a screen and on paper. Time to see it for yourself. The posters, stickers and pins are also designed to be collectable, like passport stamps.
